For outpatient registration, please remember to bring the following along with you:

• Your passport/ identity card
• Your health insurance card and written letter of guarantee from your health insurance company (if you are covered by insurance)
• Your doctor’s referral note
• Past or present medical records, x-rays, or prior test results (if your physician has requested them)
• Medications that have been prescribed to you (if any)
• A copy of your advance directives (if any)

The admission counter is located at Level 2, Clinical Building. It opens weekdays from 8.00am – 9.00 pm. On weekend or after stated hours, please go direct to ward reception located at Level 5.

For pre admission, please bring along :

1. Admission slip
2. NRIC
3. Guarantee Letter (GL)
   • We recognised and accept GL from Company and Insurance Company that have established partnership with us. Please present the GL upon admission and no deposit is required.
4. Deposit
   • 80% deposit from the estimation cost will be collected upon admission. We accept cash, Bank Draft and major Credit Card. Regret to inform that we do not accept personal cheque.

You are encouraged to bring along your medication.

All rooms are equipped with safety box, however we strongly advise you NOT to bring jewellery or excessive cash or electrical appliances. The hospital will not be liable for any loss or damage of your valuable belongings.

HDU                               : 10.00 am – 8.00 pm
ICU/CCU/CICU/CRW : 12.30 pm – 2.00 pm
5.00 pm – 7.00 pm

Please be informed that latest check out time is at  4.00 pm. Full billing settlement is required before discharged. Medication will be given after the settlement.
